POLICIES & PROCEDURES

No Show Charge:
To avoid a NO SHOW charge, please be sure to contact our on-call dispatcher toll free at 866-424-1260 if you are having difficulty locating your van and driver or are significantly delayed inside the airport at baggage claim.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations cancelled within four hours of pick-up subject to $10 scheduling fee. Reservations cancelled within one hour of pick-up will be charged the schedule fee. No-shows at the time and location of scheduled pick-up will be charged full fare.

Surcharges:
Pick-ups made before 5:00 a.m. or after 11:00 p.m. require an additional charge of $10/hr for each hour prior, not to exceed $30. Service when snow emergency plans are in effect will be charged at 150% normal fare.

If you're meeting one of our vans at the airport, be sure to look for them at the following time(s) and location(s):

BWI: 15 minutes after the arrival of your domestic flight and 35 minutes after the arrival of your international flight. Look for your van downstairs, outside of your airline's baggage claim area on the outer curb!

National: 15 minutes after the arrival of your domestic flight and 35 minutes after the arrival of your international flight. In most cases, you'll be at the new terminal and should look for your van downstairs, outside of your airline's baggage claim area on the outer curb! At the old terminal, you'll find your van outside your airline's exit and on the outer curb.

Dulles: 20 minutes after the arrival of your domestic flight and 35 minutes after the arrival of your international flight. For domestic flights, look for your Kent Island Express Driver holding a sign with your name on it near the Travelers Aid Desk adjacent to the sign for Baggage Claim #4. For international flights, look for your Kent Island Express Driver holding a sign with your name on it near the International Terminal, by the exit for Customs.
